Purpose of this site.

This site is purely my own personal playground.

I intend to mainly create blogposts, but who knows what I might decide is worthy to go on here. I also intend to have my own webring listed, though I haven't got anyone else to share it with yet. I'll see it as old version of a friend's list.

This website is developed using a Emachines T5226 tower running firefox. If there are compatibility issues with the site, I would like to know, contact information will be listed at the bottom of the site.

Cigarette Breaks

In my workday, the biggest time loss is in the time I would take to light a cigarette and smoke the whole thing. It's become a necessary part of my workday though. because I need a goal to keep myself moving, finishing this next task quicker so I could put nicotine in my system quicker. Why do I want nicotine in my system quicker? Because it makes the idiots I have to talk to more bearable. Weed does the job for this too, but if I'm smoking weed, nicotine is certainly involved too. If I could take my paperwork to the dining room, go to the smoking area, light one and fill in the spreadsheets for the day, I'd be in heaven. The chemical soothing I needed, and the productivity to get more stuff done and get home earlier. But unfortunately, you aren't even allowed to hit a vape while doing your paperwork. Sad, sad, sad. Realistically I understand that smoking areas in public places aren't a very good idea for widespread use, and it's definitely good that you have to actively seek out a place like that. Banning indoor smoking basically everywhere keeps cleanliness up, reduces smell, keeps the air clear (important for people with idk like athsma and other respiratory stuff), and also reduces the secondhand smoke thing. Funny I used to get mad at my mom for exposing me to secondhand smoke and now we chainsmoke on the patio together. Sometimes I just have to indulge the addict's fantasy. Kind of a fucked up thing that my fantasy is replacing my breaks with work. One factor in creating this is the heavy stigma against taking breaks in the workplace, to the point that you pick up a smoking habit so you have a good reason, because no one likes a bitch having withdrawals. And even yet, you wish you could just do the thing you do to get breaks while you work. So fucked up.

My Thoughts on Vampires

Who wouldn't want to be young and nocturnal forever. I work 3rd shift and nocturnal life rules hard. Sure there's the blood thing but like honestly depending on how much you really need you'll be okay. Depending on how much you need you might just be able to give a broke college kid like $50 to give you a snack (They already donate plasma). Would be interesting to see if either gender would be more willing for this arrangement. I'd imagine that for a female vampire, some women would be like ohhh omg okay yeah i got you girl. Men against a female vampire don't stand a chance. Sorry for speaking the truth I just know I wouldn't stand a chance in this scenario so yeah. As for a male vampire, I think both genders could be very hard to convince, aside from say, *maybe* a girlfriend and the homie. Not the homies but like Your Guy. Either way, you can make an excellent deal for each side. You, the vampire, get fed, and your victim gets $50, spends like $8 on cheap alcohol and gets absolutely fucked up for so cheap.

I'm a big fan of vampire movies for sure. Recently I have watched The Lost Boys several times over. If I had David's vampire powers I would also turn noodels into worms to scare people. My favorite part about vampire media is the different lore each one has for their vampires. Vampires can be weakened, destroyed, or unaffected by sunlight, same variation goes for garlic, where they bite is a point of contention at times, how you get the curse always changes. Some stories only need a bite, others need the victim to drink the vampire's blood, some are just a side affect of damnation, some passed on in a family, sometimes you get cursed and sometimes that shit just happens. You have an excellent template to make some scary fucking monsters without it being exactly the same as the other guy.

It would be nice to start a movement dedicated to warning the public on the dangers of vampires. Just to see what would happen and where it would go.

Emachines Revival - 08/03/26

I've been working on this Emachines tower for a while trying hard to get it into a state where it genuinely could be the only computer I need even today. Unfortunately it's place in the world as a budget computer are proving to make this extremely difficult. All I want it to do is to be able to decode youtube video. Not even the site, JUST the videos. So I plan to get a new CPU for it and put it in the computer and make it all work, but it seems that what I've got is likely already the best the board can handle. So we simply wait for its GPU and this stupid DVI adapter to show up and shove those inside it so I can find out how well that GPU will handle video decoding.
